The Year Co-ordinator
The Year Coordinator focuses on providing a safe and supportive environment for students. The Year Coordinator interacts with students, parents, teachers and the community to ensure the best educational outcomes for each student.

Student Welfare

Year 12
- Conducting the election process for School Captains, Prefects and House Captains
- Organising the Prefect Investiture
- Close liaison with the FEET First Coordinator in conducting the FEET First Commitment Ceremony
- Overseeing senior leadership activities, including involvement with the Year 8 Form classes
- Select leaders to represent the school at functions
- Planning and conducting the Formal

- Build a team of Year 8 Form Teachers which will establish positive relationships with students
- Plan and implement a year long pastoral care program covering transition to high school, a Wednesday sports period, a RAP program and a Year Level Day
- Establish networks and partnerships between Year 8 Form Teachers, classroom and other teachers and the Administration Team

- In conjunction with Deputy Principals, monitoring of the behaviour of students on 'spares'
