Year 12 students who require a reference are invited to make a written application in term 3. Application forms are available from Year 12 Co-ordinators.

The type of written information includes:

· awards received for academic, cultural or sporting achievement

· student leadership positions held

· involvement in leadership activities

· involvement in extra curricular activities

· contribution to community projects

The information is collated and a reference is written after consultation with Year Co-ordinators.

Students who are leaving the school at other year levels and require a reference for vocational purposes should apply through their respective year co-ordinators.
