· Students driving to school and/or transporting other students to school or for school related activities need to complete a Driving Agreement Form, which will be stored centrally.
· Any student travelling in a vehicle operated by another student must have written permission from a parent/guardian.
· This form will be submitted to the office where the data will be recorded on a SMS Driving Register.
· Teachers can access lists of students recorded on the Driving Register.

In signing this agreement, I understand that:
1. I will use the vehicle in a responsible and legal manner.
2. I will follow the sign out procedure for exiting and entering the school grounds.
3. I will transport only those students who have written permission from a parent/guardian to travel with me.
4. I will only use the vehicle for approved school-related activities.
5. If I breach this policy, parental/guardian contact will be made
6. Any additional breach will result in the removal of the privilege of driving to any school-related activity.
