Business Services Manager – Mrs Helen Lord
The Business Services Manager performs an integral role in the senior management team and school committees and provides advice concerning all aspects of school management, its environment and its activities.
The Business Services Manager is responsible for long and short term planning, day-to-day supervision and decision making concerning the operations of the non-teaching component of the school’s staff to ensure that the school is maintained as a fully operational, hygienic, safe and tidy environment. This involves managing the operations of the school’s office, facilities and other support activities.
The Business Services Manager is also responsible for managing the school’s financial resources and ensuring that accounts are maintained in accordance with Departmental instructions and legislative requirements and that financial records satisfy audit inspection.
Administration Office
The Administration Office is divided into two sections, the General office and Student Services.
The General office situated in the Administration Building is responsible for the following:
· Enrolment enquiries
· Appointments for the Principal and Deputy Principals
· Finance enquiries
· General school enquiries
· Collection of student payments for texthire, excursions etc.
· Reporting
· Parent/Teacher interviews
The Student Services office in Administration Services Building is responsible for all day-to-day student enquiries eg roll marking, student messages, signing in and out of school, absenteeism.
